Oggetto: English speakers, help required[aiuto dopo incidente zona BG]

Hello

I was hoping to perhaps get some help from an English speaking member. I was involved in an accident a couple of days ago. A car with a young woman hit me from behind. I have made a claim for an insurance pay out, and I now have to get quotes for the damage to the bike.

I am not familiar with how things work with regartds to insurance nor does it it help that I do not speak Italian. If there are any members local to me that speak English, it would be great to meet up just for some advice, and if possible to acompany me to a garage to translate etc.

I live in Cologno Al Serio, A small town about 20km from Bergamo. I can pay for your time if required.

Thanks

Ryan

I'm sorry I can't help you. One of my biggest fears is to get involved in an accident in a foreign country... But you ended in the right forum! I hope you'll solve all of your problems without struggling too much... 0509_up.gif

It is quite frustrating. I am just a little concerned as my bike, although old (Suzuki TL1000S) I have allot of modifications, including a full Yoshimura Exhaust System, which has been damaged. I just really need to know what to expect from a payout etc. Thanks

If possible can a Mod/Admin/staff move this topic/thread to the most suitable forum. Grazia Mille

Hi, pappaclart

I suppose that you contacted your insurance company.
Did you get an answer/suggestion from them?
After the accident, has any Policeman or some other officer done some report?
If you need a quote, I suggest you to contact a suzuki official rapair center.

In Bergamo I've found this one:

Merelli - Officina Autorizzata Suzuki
Via Borgo Santa Caterina, 73, 24124 Bergamo BG
035 237623
