Hi! I hope that you can get useful informations by my post... You can work on your cylinder, ask for it to a mechanic; for the exhaust i can advise you about Jolly SP, it works very well... You can change the entire filter and install a new one completely opened, something like this:

And you think that the problem is??

i don't know becaus the noise is like a fat carburation but the exaust flames like a very slim carburation, can you take a picture of the spark??

The spark is really black and it is really dry.


I think that it is a fat carburation cause the motorbike consumes the 13l of the fuel tank in 120 km (the reserve tank too)

I can't give an help to you about your carburation problem, but I think that if the spark is black the carburation maybe is fat.

For the carb, you can mount the 34mm carb with no problem (there's only one problem....you will have more power ) and the best exhaust for this elaboration is the jolly moto model 0107 (in this forum you can read anyone that write jolly 107, don't worry, it's the same exhaust), but if you want a cheaper exhaust, you will buy an arrow or giannelli one (these are the same exhausts, only the name is different), in this way you will not pay the exhaust very much, but the performance is good
