Oggetto: FP-kit for RS125 07-08 [Estera utente]

Hello

The Rave1 solonoid will not work, and it's being said that the carburrator got a restriction.

Anyone know something about this? How to get 30hp in this bike?

Thanks for all response! icon_smile.gif It's much appreciated.

You must buy the valve, empty pot, open the filter

well, i have understand
you don't need a special CDI for rave, because the rave's CDI is in a EFI CDI
You do "broke" a part of EFI's CDI.
But if you can't know how to install the rave, you can go at the Aprilia dealer, but Aprilia is too expensive to istall official item icon_smile.gif

First of all you have to buy a rave kit, composed by a rave valve anda a solenoid.
The control unit for the solenoid is in the original CDI, but you have to pierce in the point at the center of the photo.

then buy an exhaust (for example arrow or jim lomas or the Free Power aprilia exhaust) and install it.

And then maybe you have to open a snorkel on your airbox, but i'm not sure of this.

And i think you are ok.

ps: i think you will have to set up your carrburrator or you will be in damage your engine

yes, but jolly moto is very expansive, and if you don't have an elaborated engine you wont appreciate the changings, expecially if you use it in a city, because that exhaust move the power from low RPM to HIGH RPM.

But if you don't mind spending some money you can buy a jolly 0107 that fits well with the original engine

You have to do this to make the CDI workable with Rave1?

Explain to me what you want to know that I explain it ...
However, for reinforcing the new bike, there is not much to do ... The same pot, changing the attacks of solenoid but I think we mount the same way, then you have to make a hole at the point where we can see in the picture that has rankom ....

Get a drill and make a hole in the point at the center of the photo and then connect the solenoid to the CDI

Boh... io ho una 03, e da me la centralina è sotto il codone.
Comunque basta che segui i fili, e a mano a mano che diventano di più vuol dire che ti stai avvicinando alla centralina...

For the english boy... ITALIANS DO IT BETTER!!!

otherwise we are trying to find the CDI, do you know where is it?

thank you. i just didnt know one of the words you said.

how to connect the solenoid to the cdi? cdi is all in the rear, and solonoid in the front of the bike. how?

you should have a connector that goes out from solenoid...
You should connect that with an empty connector (there should be only one free connector!) icon_wink.gif

Otherwise i'm not sure because i have a 2003 rs and i have another cdi for the solenoid icon_lol.gif

In this topic you can find some photos about the procedure. The instructions are in italian but many words are in common and it shouldn't be difficult for you understanding the name of the parts. Use pics to make an idea and then ask here icon_wink.gif
